I believe that at the heart of most of our anxiety, depression and stress is a feeling of disconnection. Disconnection to the world around us. The daily actions that we take. The people closest to us. And most importantly, ourselves. 

When you slow down and connect with yourself again, you’ll realize you don’t need to stay silent about your own needs in order to keep others happy. While their feelings matter, yours do too.

The 3 biggest obstacles you may be facing right now are:

  1. Health issues - if you don’t pay attention to your body, your body will get your attention. This may show up as sleep disturbances, weight gain, getting sick often, chronic fatigue, and emotional reactivity (irritability, depression, anxiety)

  2. Using coping mechanisms that take a negative toll - Tired? Coffee. Stressed? Alcohol. Overthinking/Uncomfortable Emotions? Screens. Loneliness/Lack of Connection? Overwork.

  3. Coaching - Coaching helps you realize that you always have a choice - in your thoughts, words, and actions - and these choices form the foundation of what your life is going to look like. You’ll figure out what is actually most important to you (not what you were told or conditioned to believe) and how to start taking action steps towards pursuing the life you want.

What’s included?

One yoga video or guided meditation per week, done 1-3x per week, based on your availability and schedule.

  • 7 beginner-friendly yoga classes

    • Topics include: yoga for sleep; releasing tension from hips and shoulders; easing anxiety; feeling joy; grounding from frustration, anger and overwhelm; allowing imperfection, fun and exploration

  • 6 guided meditations

    • Topics include: learning how to allow and prioritize rest; silencing the inner critic; body awareness and connection; achieving goals; how to feel peace; how to care for the heart

  • 12 Additional resources for further reading or listening

  • 24 Journal prompts for reflection and expression

FAQ’S

How does yoga help me reconnect to myself?

We don’t do yoga to get better at yoga. We do yoga to get better at being with ourselves. Yoga allows you to slow down and view yourself with kindness and compassion. You learn to notice what your body is feeling. And you learn to use those feelings as information that can help guide you towards what you want and need.

I’ve never meditated before. What can I expect?

I make meditation simple, accessible, and effective. You can be in any position, seated or lying down, and simply listen to my guidance in the recording. You can expect to feel relaxed, refreshed, and reenergized in as little as 10 minutes. Meditation boosts mental clarity by teaching us to focus on one thing at a time. You can start to experience the benefits after just one session.

What if I’m not flexible?

Yoga is about creating a safe space for your body to experience the edge of comfortable discomfort, wherever that may be. Your body is a living being that changes every day. Giving it the time and space to explore and expand is all you really need to do! Go slow, and honour whatever is it that you feel is right for you today.

What if I’m short on time?

This course is designed for those with busy, hectic lifestyles. You can access the videos and guided meditations anywhere, anytime on your phone, tablet or laptop, and the meditations are all under 15 minutes, the yoga classes all under 30 minutes.

I seek to provide value in all my materials and services. If you should decide that you are not receiving value from this course, please contact me within 14 days to receive a full refund.
