Yoga. Mindfulness. Coaching.

Why “Still”?

Lying down for 15 minutes is still yoga. Taking a deep breath while standing in line is still meditation. Taking a moment to check in with yourself is still making a decision that’s going to create a huge positive impact in your life.

When our nervous systems are overworked, overtaxed, and overstimulated, it can be hard to quiet the noise to hear what’s really going on inside us. When we become still, it gives us the opportunity to see what choices are before us, in order to create the life and relationships we want.

Learning to be still in a yoga pose brings us back to a place of safety and connection in the body. The stronger the connection to self, the easier the answers will come.

Yoga

Every body is different. For me, slowing down was hard. For others, finding the energy to move can be hard. And for others still, it’s their racing mind and repetitive thoughts that are holding them back. Yoga is for every body. Even in the same practice, everyone can find something unique to them that helps and heals their body and mind. I love the practice, and I can’t wait to share it with you.

Meditation & Yoga Nidra

The way I teach meditation centres a lot around what the body feels right now, what you feel right now, and how we can bring our attention to it so that we can process it. When things get processed, there’s a chance for them to be transformed.

Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation that has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety, increase creativity and focus, improve sleep and digestion, and promote immunity and deep healing in both the body and mind.

Coaching

When was the last time you felt heard? Coaching provides a safe space for you to be seen, witnessed and listened to. Sometimes we can know something needs to change, but feel stuck because we don’t know where or how to start. When we feel heard, we feel safe to express what’s been sitting with us, maybe for longer than we can remember. It is from that place of safety that clarity is possible.
